He claims that the federal government reduced safety requirements for mifepristone, the primary abortion pill, and that “pro-death” Democrats implemented shield laws to protect providers from prosecution in red states. “Years ago, the pro-death Biden administration and the pro-death Democrat Party knew Roe was bad law and it was going to go,” Truax stated in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital. He emphasized that the relaxation of mail-order prescriptions for abortion pills has made the procedure more accessible. “They took that away and said you could just get it through the mail,” he explained.
